THE AGREEMENTS WE OFFER

Trust Inns’ lease agreements have been recognised throughout the industry for their range of benefits which include assignability (the facility to sell on your business after a qualifying period) and competitive barrelage discounts.  The range of agreements available provides flexibility and choice and has been developed to meet the many different requirements of today’s pub licensees.

Trust Inns currently has two types of lease agreement available; the Trust Inns’ Business Development Lease (3yr) and the Trust Inns’ Business Development Lease (10yr) which are available to licensees in England, Wales & Scotland.

We also offer a 1 year Tenancy Agreement. This was brought in specifically to assist licensees who may be uncertain about the commitment of taking on a pub long term. Our 1 year Tenancy agreement enables new tenants to “stick their toe in the water” with all the benefits of a longer term agreement.

With all Trust Inns’ tenancy and lease agreements you must read the lease agreement documentation for yourself.  We strongly recommend that you take professional advice to ensure you are fully aware of and understand the responsibilities, requirements and the contract that you are about to enter into.
