THE AGREEMENTS WE OFFER
Trust Inns' lease agreements have been recognised throughout the industry for their range of benefits which include assignability and competitive barrelage discounts. The range of agreements available provide flexibility and choice and have been developed to meet the many different requirements of today's pub licensees.
Trust Inns currently has two types of lease agreement on offer in England & Wales, Trust Inns' Business Development Lease for 3 years and the Trust Inns Business Development Lease for 10 years. We also have a range of agreements available in Scotland. These are currently under review (2008).
With all Trust Inns' tenancy and lease agreements you must read the lease agreement documentation for yourself. We strongly recommend that you take professional advice to ensure you are fully aware of and understand the responsibilities, requirements and the contract that you are about to enter into.
