Running your own business provides a number of challenges and at Trust Inns we pride ourselves on providing the necessary support to assist you.

That is we why we believe in investing in both our pubs and the people who run them. For example, over £20 million has been put back into the business in the past five years alone to help our tenants and lessees to improve and develop their pub offer and we plan to continue this level of investment over the coming years.

Support Services

Communication
The company provides regular visits from Business Development Managers to all licensees.  Each BDM has, on average, 40 pubs to assist and develop, which ensures that they are able to visit each of their tenants and lessees at least once a month.

From the outset each tenant and lessee is provided with the contact number for their respective BDM and relevant Trust Inns’ personnel.

Trust Inns also has a daily helpline specifically for tenants and lessees. The helpline is for day to day issues or any urgent problems that require immediate attention whether related to product supply or property issues.
