Trust Inns offers a dedicated marketing and promotions service for all its tenants and lessees as and when they need it. In conjunction with the Business Development Manager we visit nominated pubs and provide advice and guidance in key marketing areas such as:
- Planning promotional events to attract new and repeat custom
- Developing a new customer service offer to service an existing or new market
- Developing a variety of drinks/food promotions to help build the business and maintain customer loyalty
- Providing merchandising advice in the bar to optimise the selling opportunities within it.
- Liaising with brand owners for support within outlet and national promotional activity for key promotional calendar dates
The company also provides a Marketing Tools Website which enables all its licensees to produce professional POS material at a cost to suit their budget. Each lessee is provided with a unique password to enable them to enter the site which offers a wide choice of professionally designed promotional material and ideas to help build a successful pub business.
