Trust Inns believes in investing in both its pubs and the people who run them. For example, over £20 million has been put back into the business in the past five years alone to help our tenants to improve and develop their pub offer.

Support services
Each Business Development Manager (BDM) has, on average 40 pubs to assist and develop which ensures that they are able to visit each of their pubs at least once a month.
This constant contact ensures that a strong working relationship is built between tenant and BDM and any issues or business opportunities are spotted almost immediately.
At the beginning of their tenancy, each tenant is provided with the contact numbers for their respective BDM and relevant Trust Inns' personnel.
All tenants can also take advantage of expertise in the following areas:
Trust Inns also has a daily helpline specifically for tenants. The helpline is for day to day issues or any urgent problems that a tenant may encounter.
