The fundamentals of running a pub - getting you started
At Trust Inns we don't believe passing an exam will make you a great licensee. However we do believe that a sound knowledge in all key areas of running a pub are essential to get you on the right track.
That's why we have created our own very informal three day starter course. There are no tests or exams and all advice is passed on from someone who's been there, and has many years of experience. In short, the course covers the practicalities of running a pub business in today's market, from how to price your beer and make a profit, to how to clean your beer lines.
As a "thank you" for taking part and to get you started, all attendees of the course will receive a merchandise pack worth up to £150 from our sponsors, Heineken UK. Items within the pack include glassware of your chosen brand and various POS items.
