Cheshire Cheese is situated in Wallasey Village, and is on the main bus routes to New Brighton one way and Birkenhead the other. A short walk will also take you to the Merseyrail station in Wallasey Village. Though the pub has no car park there is ample street parking around the pub.

Cheshire Cheese is a traditional 2 room pub with food being served in the lounge area and beer garden.  The catering kitchen is adequate for the food on offer. And the pub has a traditional underground cellar. The large beer garden has been transformed into The Cheshire Gin Garden with a bar, ample seating and TVS for large sporting events.

The living accomodation comprises of three bedrooms, a large lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Cheshire Cheese is currently a community pub that is proud of it reputation and quality of its cask ales. Food plays an important part in the business as do the teams that are at the pub. The Cheshire Gin Garden acts as a destination and attracts locals and people from the wider area.
