Our BDM will fully explain the types of agreements available for this pub. Bonds range from 2,500 on a one year agreement to 8,000 on a three year agreement (Bond build up may be discussed where applicable with the BDM). ,,FIXTURES & FITTINGS are valued independently. We have a flexible approach to the purchase of fixtures and fittings IF THE COMPANY OWNS THEM and can therefore arrange monthly instalments over the first term of your agreement.
