Rateable value: 21,000,,RENT will be discussed with the local Business Development Manager (BDM) in line with the companys Code of Practice. ,,BOND DEPOSIT required will depend on the pub and the type of agreement you choose. Our BDM will fully explain the types of agreements available for this pub. Bonds range from 2,500 on a one year agreement to 8,000 on a three year agreement (Bond build up may be discussed where applicable with the BDM). ,,FIXTURES & FITTINGS are valued independently.
