Our BDM will fully explain the types of agreements available for this pub. Bonds range from 2,500 on a one year agreement to 8,000 on a three year agreement (Bond build up may be discussed where applicable with the BDM). ,,FIXTURES & FITTINGS are valued independently. We have a flexible approach to the purchase of fixtures and fittings IF THE COMPANY OWNS THEM and can therefore arrange monthly instalments over the first term of your agreement. If the out going tenant owns the fixtures and fittings then it is a transaction direct between you and them. Your local BDM will discuss this with you.
